- If for some reason you wish to return your item, you must email us and provide us with your name, order number, or invoice number, and date purchased. We will then give you a RMA #, which must clearly be marked on the outside of the package. You must also include a copy of your invoice and a copy of our email to you inside the package with the RMA#.

However, if for some reason you do not wish to keep the item, you will be responsible for all shipping charges back to us. All returns must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. If your item was shipped free, we will refund the purchase price minus Our cost of shipping it to you. A 10% re-stocking fee will also be applied. In the case of dog fences, if the wire or flags have been installed either below ground or above, we are unable to accept it back as a return. In that case we will accept all other components transmitter, collars, transformers etc. as long as they are in the same packaging and condition as when received and adjust your refund accordingly.

If you are returning a collar for exchange for a different type collar, shipping charges will apply to the second collar if the first collar shipped free.
