Please contact us before you leave neutral or negative feedback, as we pride ourselves on our customer service and will make every attempt to satisfy your needs.
-All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us to receive your RMA # before returning any items.
-All return requests must be received within 30 days of your purchase.
-All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. If parts are missing, or the item is not in a sellable condition, a 30% damage fee may be applied.
-Items showing wear or use, evidenced by pet hair, dirt, etc. are not eligible for a refund.
-All returns should be in their original packaging.
-Items such as Wire Break Detectors, open battery packages, litter boxes, Booster Baths are not returnable. Wire, once unwound and/or off the spool, used flags or sod staples are not eligible for return.
-Once your RMA# is issued, the item must be shipped within 7 days.
-For your protection, we suggest you insure the package and keep a record of the tracking number.
-Return shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
-Outbound shipping charges are not refundable
-Please allow us 7 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be applied.
All our products are new from the manufacturer. If for some reason, your product does not work when it arrives, we will gladly exchange it as long as you let us know within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
