The packing and shipping were very good. I would advise the seller to consider adding to the description of his Villeroy & Boch dinnerware that the items are most likely factory seconds or were rejected by the retailer. Each of the plates I purchased had minor flaws in the glaze, (underside.) My wife was a V&B sales rep in the 80 s and 90 s and said the retailer would not have accepted these from the factory due to the flaws in the glaze. We are happy with the purchase and would purchase again.
