Would never use this seller again. Product not what I ordered, the item that was sent did not even look as advertised and was not suitable for the use it was being sold for. Was offered money off my original payment to keep the item which would not even cover the difference in price between the items and the item arrived shoddily made, badly packaged and damaged. Finally after lots of wrangling got the company to refund postage for return to receive my refund which was slow being administered.

The item arrived quickly, the image was bright and clear, and the hand warmer was larger than I initially thought, which is good as if you wrap it up in a cover it would also make a good miniature hot water bottle as well as a hand warmer. Would by from this seller again.
