They described the item as new, however, nearly every piece has paint damage or plastic imperfections. The listing stated US based, but due to the long ship time, zero communication effort, and poor quality, I feel these products are provided by a drop shipping third party. I’ve attempted to send over 15 messages to rectify the matter with literally no response. eBay is dropping the ball allowing a store with a 67% rating to continue utilizing their platform. I feel scammed out of $500.
