SHIPPING & HANDLING

1 day Handling: all US orders executed and fully paid during a weekday (Monday to Friday) prior to 3pm (EST – Eastern Standard Time - US) will be packed and shipped within the next business day. Orders that are executed and paid after 3pm (EST), or on the weekend or on a holiday will be treated as having been made and paid in the next business day.

Tracking or Shipping information: tracking information should be available in your eBay’s order system within the 1-day Handling time as described above. Most items will be shipped without the Buyer’s receipt signature requirement. For an additional charge, Buyer can instruct receipt signature requirement, these instructions must be through eBay’s messaging system.

Exceptions to 1-day Handling: most items in our eBay store are subject to the 1-day Handling policy, however the following exceptions apply: (a) when items are shipped internationally or outside the continental US (such as: Alaska, Hawaii or the Puerto Rico, US Territories); (b) when items are shipped via freight (by freight shipping we mean a carrier different to: FEDEX, UPS or USPS). NOTE: items shipped by freight are the heavy items, such as: engines/motors, heavy frames, heavy forks, motorcycles; (c) when items are shipped in a “combined shipping mode”; or (d) when items are shipped to an address different to the Paypal “confirmed” address.
Freight and international handling times will be 4 business days, though we will do our best to shorten this period.
We ship to Paypal “confirmed” addresses. Buyer can specially request shipment to a different address (for US domestic) via the eBay messaging system. (NOTE: once a Buyer provides the special instructions to ship to an ‘’unconfirmed” Paypal address, Seller will not be bound by the requirement to prove that the item was shipped to a ‘’confirmed’’ address).

International Shipping: contact us to request an international shipment quote. We ship worldwide to Paypal “confirmed” addresses. If Buyer has no Paypal confirmed address, payment via bank wire transfer or Western Union is required. Import duties, charges and taxes are not included in our shipping fees.

Combined shipping: combined shipping is available for multiple items purchased the same day. This service is limited to "Buy Now" items shipped to the same address. You need to inform us, through eBay’s messaging system, as soon as you buy the first item if you choose to use this service.

Shipment Insurance: all items are shipped with no shipment insurance coverage in addition to the one provided by the carrier. At an extra cost Buyer can request additional insurance coverage by us instructing us through the eBay messaging system. If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please notify the carrier immediately.
Please open and inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Verify that all parts are received and in undamaged condition. Check the container thoroughly to avoid throwing away parts that may be wrapped in packing materials.
RETURNS & WARRANTY

14-day returns or exchanges: Buyers will have 14 continuous days counted from the date of payment of the item, to return the item to our business address and get a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions stated below.

Conditions & Procedure for the 14-day return or exchange: prior to a return or exchange Buyer must advise us of the intent to return, via eBay’s messaging system (we will not accept: verbal notification or written communication outside eBay’s messaging system). Upon notification, we will provide the Buyer with a RA # (Return Authorization Number). All returns must have an RA #.
Once the item is received in our business facility, we will provide an exchange or issue a refund within 3 business days via Paypal as long as the received item proves to be in the same condition as the item sent. We pay return shipping cost only if the item is not as described or does not fit the model or years specified in the listing. Otherwise, the Buyer pays the return shipping costs.
We are here to help and assist our Buyers, however there will be no refunds if the returned item: (a) is incomplete, or (b) it is not in original packaging, or (c) is not the same item as the one we shipped, or (d) the item has suffered any modification or damage (compared to item’s pictures and descriptions on our eBay store).

SALES TAX
Florida Sales tax will be added to all shipments inside the State of Florida. All other shipments will have no sales tax added
