After a long conversation with Mark and discussing this transaction I found him to be extremely genuine. He agreed that the pictures I sent were in fact proof that the pump was damaged during shipping and that it should ve been packaged much better than it was. He told me he was going to have a conversation with the shipping department and agreed to a full refund. I appreciate the response and the owner reaching out in an attempt to resolve this issue. I've been watching for this part to show up at both a reasonable price and in very good condition. This part met both requirements.
The seller shipped promptly and it took a normal number of days to arrive.
The radiator is in exceptionally good condition.
My only complaint was that the part could have been packed a bit better. A bit was poking through the cardboard when it arrived but there was no damage done and I'm very happy the purchase.
