  • Shop with confidence. Our return policy is straight forward and customer friendly. We will issue an exchange/refund within 14 days of the receipt of the product if your item is defective or any reasons if you are not satisfied with product. We will gladly send out Return Shipping Label to your email if in the rare instance of a defective part or an error on our part such as the incorrect item was shipped to you, etc. Otherwise, we’ll not be held liable for return shipping cost. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost.

 

  • Please, obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) by contacting us thru eBay message center within 14 days of receipt of the product. All Items MUST be in new, unused condition with original packaging and parts and RMA # written on the outside of the shipping box. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse any package that doesn't have RMA#.

 

  • Your return/exchange/refund will be processed as soon as we get the item back and upon inspected. Please, allow us 1-3 business days to process refund.
