Return Policy

• Return Policy: Shop with confidence. Our return policy is straight forward and customer friendly. We will issue an exchange/refund if your item is defective or any reasons If you are not happy with your order. We will gladly send out Return Shipping Label to your email if in the rare instance of a defective part or an error on our part such as the incorrect item was shipped to you, etc. Otherwise, We’ll not be held liable for return shipping cost. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost.

• You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) thru eBay message center within 14 days of receipt of the product. All Items MUST be in new, unused conditon with original packaging and parts and RMA # written on the outside of the shipping box. Otherwise, we reserves the right to refuse any package that doesn't have RMA#.

• If replacement stock is not available, we'll issue a refund of your original purchase price in the manner in which payment was received.

• We are not liable for any damages to the products or any loss incurred during delivery. Insurance is not required but highly recommended for your purchase.

• Your return/exchange/refund will be processed as soon as we get the item back and upon inspected.

Sales Tax

• We collect 9.75% sales tax for all orders shipping to California.

Shipping& Handling

• UPS Ground or Fedex Ground or USPS will be used to ship all merchandise. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped out of our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once we ship your order, it will take 1 to 5 days for you to receive it. Any backordered items will ship to you as soon as they re-stock.  We reserve the right to change the shipping vendor to UPS or USPS or FedEx without your consent. Buyer pays all shipping cost. We ship only to confirmed address through paypal. 
• For all wheel & tire, we usually ship within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends & holidays). Orders are normally shipped via UPS. Once, a tracking number is assigned, you will be notified by email. Then, you may track your order by http://www.ups.com.

Shipments Outside the Continental U.S

• We do ship internationally. But, brokerage, duty and other fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Insurance is not required but highly recommended for your purchase. All items purchased from MotorStylin are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  We'll not be held liable for loss, damages, etc.
