When I ordered this product. I put in my freezer model number to ensure that I got the correct item. I payed $22 for a freezer shelf. A bit high in my opinion, but it was needed. Then I received the wrong size. When setting up return. I specifically said that I don't want a refund. I want the correct shelf. But of course, they didn't comply. They just returned my money with a $11 shipping cost. When I put in my model number. I expect the correct parts. And definitely shouldn't be charged half o

Not every model matches every shelf. We sent you the shelf we had listed by the model number. We accepted the return although it was advertised as non returnable. We didn't have any other shelfs to send you so you got a refund. Hope you have a wonderful day.
