Mixed emotions with the sale overall, mainly due to supply issues with the manufacturer and the awareness of such issues, however overall easy enough to work with. Communication was timely and concise with the lister, and they were pleasant to work with even though the order ended up being canceled. Will definitely keep them in mind for the future should we need to try and source another exhaust system that they list and sell, just wish we could leave a better review on the overall order.

Well, the kit FINALLY arrived from Hungary, tracking information was a clown show. Definitely not “New in Box”. Box was opened prior, every internal package was open, air filter that comes with kit is missing, and a carbon fiber heat shield is cracked.My advice, if the seller cannot ship the item immediately, go with someone else. Lesson learned twice. It might be a bit cheaper, but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for.

The package is original from the manufacturer and was open by customs for inspection. This is unfortunately out of our hands. Tracking info might not be as detailed , as other carriers, but the price is way lower as well, so we can sell the items cheaper. All of our ads clearly states, that we require a 15-25 business day processing and shipping time.

So.......I would absolutely reverse this feedback 180 degrees.....Mufflermarket fixed everything. They could have easily blown me off, but they followed up on everything and fixed all.They were persistent and kept getting things fixed from far away assets.Air filter and new heat shield. Pretty incredible since I have heard getting anything from Termignoni is very difficult at this time. Kudos to Muffler market, it took a while, but I wasn't riding much over the winter anyway!
