After placing my order I realize I used the wrong address through Google auto fill. I contacted the seller 1 hour and 20 minutes afterwards (I have email receipts times) and didn not receive a response until 30 hours later they marked it as shipped and then replied to one (I sent multiple) of my messages. I ended up paying an additional amount to have the package rerouted through the shipping carrier to my address when the problem could have been solved immediately. Horrible customer service.
