However, the seller responded immediately by phone, was most apologetic for the administrative error, and the items sent for next day delivery....and yes, they did arrive, well packaged and met expectation. Baffled to see a critical issue missed in the description from someone that sells only in this category. A very expensive lens that had haze and rougher appearance than presented. My 4k video & pictures showing the issues were ignored. Very slow communication and lots of times I had a to nudge the seller to respond. The shipping time was very relaxed (4 days), even at £12.00 (over a next day delivery price). The partial refund offer was too low to accommodate for all issues, I can't recommend
