Q:What forms of payment do you accept?
A:We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Money Orders (drawn from U.S. Banks only). Please include your shipping address with your payment. Send Money Orders to: Atomic Enterprises 3328 Congressional Pkwy. Fort Wayne, IN 46808 If payment is not received within 7 days, your item may be made available to others.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:We will combine shipping on multiple orders. Please request an invoice from us before you pay to take advantage of our combined shipping discount. Self adjusted invoices can cause your order to be delayed because of errors detected by our order system. Please be patient, combined invoices are sent out at least twice a day.
Q:My total does not reflect your shipping discount. What can I do?
A:Request a combined invoice from us so we can adjust the shipping. Please do this before you pay! Orders that have been paid for cannot be combined at eBay.
Q:When can I expect an email response?
A:Emails are answered Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Due to the volume of emails we receive, we try to answer everyone the same day, but may take up to 24 hours. Please be patient with us.
Q:How much time do I have to pay?
A:A reminder email will be sent automatically within 3 days of auction's end or Buy-It-Now purchase. If payment is not received within 7 days, a non-payment buyer dispute will be opened to recover our fees and reserve the right to relist the item.
Q:How soon do you ship?
A:We ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. An email will be sent with delivery confirmation information. Please note: Saturday, Sunday and US Holidays are not considered days in transit so please plan accordingly. Shipping packages internationally can sometimes take up to 5 weeks to arrive.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:We ship worldwide via USPS First Class International. Please email for a shipping quote. This quote is only an estimate. In the unlikely event that we require more funds to cover the exact shipping amount, a money request will be sent through Paypal. Customs fees vary and are the reponsibility of the buyer. We will not falsify customs documents.
Q:How do I use my delivery confirmation number? (U.S. Customers)
A:Domestic packages are shipped via UPS/ UPS Mail Innovations. Delivery confirmation numbers starting with “1Z” can be checked at UPS.com. Delivery confirmation numbers starting with “9102” can be checked at UPSmailinnovations.com (If your message states that your package has arrived at your local post office, you can further track at USPS.com)
Q:How do I use my delivery confirmation # (APO/FPO, P.O. Box or International Customers)
A:All International packages, APO/FPO and P.O. Box are shipped via United States Post Office. Delivery confirmation numbers starting with “9102” can be checked at USPS.com. Delivery confirmation numbers starting with “L J” can be checked at USPS.com (Please note USPS does not offer tracking on International packages, a customs ID only.)
Q:What is Mail Innovations?
A:We work hard to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. First Class shipments are picked up by UPS and delivered to a Postal Service facility near the customer’s address. From there, Postal Service carriers deliver the packages the last mile to their final destinations using Parcel Select. Standard delivery is 2 to 4 days.
Q:Can I pick up my order to save on shipping?
A:At this time, we do not offer customer pick up at our warehouse. Items can be ordered and picked up through our retail location in Fort Wayne, IN. 1010 W. Coliseum Blvd. Processing time may apply.
Q:What do I do if something is missing/ damaged in my shipment?
A:If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement by mail if reported within 7 days of arrival. The replacement item will be sent to the original "ship to" address upon receipt of the item at our Returns Center, pending product availability. Atomic Enterprises cannot credit items lost in return shipping.
Q:How do I return an item I do not want?
A:We accept returns on items in unopened and sellable condition. Please contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to write on the outside of the original package.Upon receipt, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded. We cannot credit any item lost during return shipping.
Q:I have bid/ purchased this item in error. What can I do?
A:Please contact Customer Service at Questions@MyAtomic.com to cancel any order. Procedures for cancelling orders will be outlined by one of our Customer Service Associates. Please note, we cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.
Q:My package has not arrived yet. What should I do?
A:For most orders, you can use the tracking number included in the email sent when your order shipped to check on your package's progress. See this FAQ for help tracking your package. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us at Questions@MyAtomic.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist.
