Shipping & Payment
Due to a history of unpaid purchases from ebayers resulting in us having to pay unnecessary ebay fees, immmediate payment is now required. Items are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. U.S. orders generally arrive within 3-10 business days after receipt of payment.

International orders generally arrive within 6 to 14 business days after shipment but may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. International customers, please be aware that the shipping charges applied to your order does not include any custom fees, duties, or taxes. Any additional customs fees that may or may not be applied to your order are done so at the discretion of your local customs department. Please contact them with any specific concerns.

Due to the thousands of dollars in losses we have taken when customers opted out of purchasing insured shipping, insurance is now required and included in shipping cost. Since we have no control over what happens to a package once it leaves our office, this change was a must for the continued success of gro-aut products. This of course resulted in higher shipping cost for the consumers, not by our choice but because of the irresponsibilty of past and current customers.

International packages are only trackable outside of the U.S. when mailed Priority or Express Mail; therefore, the drastic cost for international orders $40 or more reflects the postage cost for mailing with tracking capabilities outside of the U.S. This was a must since we had no way to track packages outside of the U.S. resulting in thousands of dollars in losses when customers claimed not to receive their order. Our only other option would be to no longer accept orders from customers outside of the U.S., this of course would be our last option. We do hope that these changes will help resolve the issue. We apologize to all for the inconvenience.
