I live near Nottingham Park. Can I pick up my merchandise locally?

I'm sorry, but we don't allow for local pick-ups at our warehouse due to insurance reasons. If you are local then you should get your shoes the day after we ship them. This is a real plus for our local customers!

Can you please explain each of your grades of footwear? (Condition Details)

Nottingham Park only sells authentic name brand shoes purchased directly from manufacturers or their authorized distributors and retailers. We carefully inspect and grade our items into the 4 categories listed below.

  • New: In Original Box - Brand new condition in original box.
  • New: Without Original Box - New condition without original box. These shoes are carefully packed and shipped in our own custom, or in re-labeled, shoeboxes.
  • New / Display - New shoes that were floor samples, displays, or try-ons. They might have very minor creases, or scuffs. We show Actual pictures for these.
  • Gently Returned – New shoes that may be store returns and/or show minor signs of wear. These shoes are still in good condition and are a great value! We show Actual pictures for these.

Can I get a better price on these shoes?

We're sorry, but our prices are as listed. As you can see, our prices are 30% to 90% off of retail price. This means that we have some of the lowest prices you'll find anywhere. If you find a lower price on any other website besides eBay then please let us know and we'll match it.

Are the shoes in the photo the actual shoes up for sale?

If the "Condition" stated in an auction is New: In Original Box, or New: Without Original Box, then we use the same picture to represent all of that model and color of shoes. If the "Condition" stated is New/Display or Gently Returned and it says "actual shoe shown", then it's the actual picture of the shoe. Please check the "Condition" field in the item's auction, for details.

If the auction ended without a winner then the item will be automatically re-listed. You can then do a search in our store to bid on it again. How can I track my order?

Most orders ship next business day after payment is received. After we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail which will include your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If your order was shipped you should have received a Tracking Confirmation e-mail from Nottingham Park, showing your tracking number and shipping carrier.

If you didn't receive that e-mail, then e-mail us at: ebaysales@mynottinghampark.com. How fast will you ship my order after payment?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Delivery times will vary from 1 to 6 days for domestic shipments. We are located near San Diego, Ca., so the closer you are to California the faster you will receive your order. The farther you get from California the longer it will take. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail so you will get the exact delivery date. International shipments have an average delivery time of 2 to 7 business days via Fedex International.

Do you combine the shipping charges on multiple purchases?

Yes, we do combine shipping charges on multiple purchases. To qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete Checkout AFTER all your items are added to your cart. Please wait until you win ALL your auctions before completing Checkout. All auctions must be won and Checkout completed, within 7 days from TIME of first auction won, to qualify for our shipping discount. Nottingham Park's international shipping charges do NOT include any country-specific custom taxes, duties, or fees associated with the delivery of your package. How do I pay for my item?

Pay Now: After you win the auction, or Buy It Now, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button at the top of the auction listing to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process.

Pay Later: If you do not choose to Pay Now, we will automatically e-mail you within four hours of auction close. Our message will contain information about what to expect during our shipping process. You may continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or our eBay store. You have 7 days from the TIME of your first purchase to add additional items to your order and complete Checkout. Make sure that all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out so you can save a lot more money with our multiple-item shipping discount! After your shoes arrive at our warehouse, our Returns Department will processes your return within 5 business days.
