Product was received in good condition and there were actually 26 pieces instead of 25. The problem was the shipping time. The label was generated the day after the order was placed, but the item wasn't given to the post office until 9 days later which was after the date when it should have been delivered. I received no response to a question about why it hadn't been shipped, it just got put in the mail after that inquiry.
