 | Q: What is your return policy for damaged items (or incorrect item sent)? |
 | A: Just keep your packing materials (important for our insurance!) and contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll replace it. We may ask you to send us photos of the item and its packaging so we can view/verify the damage. |
 | Q: What if I just don't like the item once I receive it? |
 | A: If the listing states that the sale is AS-IS, then there are no returns. With all other listings, let us know within 7 days of receipt, and you can return the item (in un-damaged, un-used condition) and once we receive it back, we will refund your purchase price (sorry, shipping & handling is non-refundable except for damaged items as noted above). |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |
 | A: YES, and that will always save you money! Just wait for us to send you a combined invoice before you pay, because for some reason eBay's automatic shipping calculator sometimes overcharges you for multiple items. If you want a quote before you bid/buy, just email us with your ZIP code and the items you want to purchase together. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 | A: We will ship within 3 business days of receipt of your payment (and usually sooner!). The only thing that usually delays that timing is when we're waiting to hear back from you about choices you may need to make about your item (such as your choice of custom embroidery). |
 | Q: What shipping methods do you use? |
 | A: Most of the time we use USPS--Media Mail (for our books VHS tapes), Parcel Post, Priority Mail. We also can ship UPS, generally using UPS Ground. ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED INSURED. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 | A: Yes! We're glad to ship to our International Customers! We always offer USPS First Class International and we'll also ship USPS Global Priority and Express. However, please be aware that First Class International, while a great value, is slower than Priority, and can take over 2 weeks for delivery. |
 | Q: What about customs charges for international shipments? |
 | A: We are not involved in the payment of any additional customs charges your government MAY charge you for shipping your item (that's between you and your government, and happens after we ship, if at all). We are just responsible for properly filling out the customs forms for your package. |
 | Q: Tell me about your "handling charges." |
 | A: Our shipping charges consist of 3 things:
1) The actual shipping cost (which we keep as low as possible);
2) The cost of Shipping Insurance; and
3) A tiny bit extra (around $1) to defray the cost of our shipping supplies (bubble wrap, boxes, envelopes, peanuts, labels). |
 | Q: Why do you REQUIRE shipping insurance? |
 | A: Despite what you may have read in a thousand other eBay listings, the Seller IS responsible for damage after shipment (just ask PayPal--that's how we found out!). So, we require shipping insurance, and that way we can replace any damaged item, or give you your money back--whichever you prefer! |
