This seller is exactly the person you should buy from! The purchase was received within a few days and the gloves were brand new. Sadly, I noticed a small tear in the mitten outer layer and I and requested a refund. The seller immediately reached out and apologized. She explained the tear must have been from a previous buyer opening the package and wasn't noticed as the mitten is hidden.They wanted to make things right. The full amount was refunded and said not to worry about the return. Amazing
