How much does NavePoint charge for shipping?
Book safes are shipped free of charge via USPS Media Mail, and Can Safes and Cables/Adapters are shipped via USPS First Class Mail free of charge. Priority mail or UPS Express shipping is available for expedited service on some orders for an additional charge.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your order with securely online with Visa, Mastercard, debit card (with a Visa or MasterCard logo) or Paypal
Can I pay for my order with a cashier's check or money order?
No. Payments sent by mail are insecure, take days to arrive, and are difficult to validate. Payment with a credit card or Paypal online is safe, instant, easy and will ensure that your items are shipped out immediately.
Can my order be shipped outside the United States?
Orders can be shipped to all US States and territories. Because of customs restrictions and the difficulty and delay of international shipping, we do not currently ship internationally.
Do you charge sales tax on items?
Orders shipped to Illinois are subject to 9.75% state sales tax. Orders shipped to all other destinations will not be charged sales tax. |
