Find your location and observe the color code for your area
You can interpret the transit time for your parcel by matching the color code for your area to the legend (below)
Legend
Yellow = next day delivery
Dark Yellow = 2nd day delivery
Green = 3rd day delivery
Red = 4th day delivery
Salmon = 5th day delivery
UPS Ground service picks up parcels Monday through Friday only.
No pick ups on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays should not be counted as a work day when figuring your parcel's transit time.
Example: Your location falls in the Green zone (3 days)
Parcel begins transit on Friday and arrives on your doorstep Wednesday
Example 2:Your location falls in the Red zone (4 days).
Parcel begins transit on Wednesday before Labor Day.
Parcel arrives on your doorstep the following Wednesday. |
