Our shipping department operates from Monday – Friday 8am-5pm EST. Shipping and handling costs are $3.00 within the USA for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item**. Canada Shipping and handling cost is $4.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item**. International shipping and handling costs are $7.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item**.

1. Return or Replacement Policy:
All customers may return any purchase within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied with the item purchase. Please include a note with the item ID# and your E bay ID# or a copy of the packing slip. Tell us if you would like a replacement or a full refund. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping cost.
2. Back orders or unavailable items:
Most all of our items at Nepalese Beads are Handmade in Nepal by micro artisans and are not mass produced. Occasionally, we find defective items when we are packaging them for shipment, in these cases we are unable to fulfill the order, we will email you and give you the option to have the item back ordered or have you select another item of similar price for replacement. If the item cannot be back ordered, then you will have the same option of replacement or a full refund.
