I was pretty certain the heater core was going to be aluminum rather than the copper / brass core I needed. The vendor said he checked and was certain it was not aluminum. But they also said if it was, they would gladly take it back and pay for the shipping. It was not copper / brass. Of the last three times I have done this, only this group actually paid for the shipping and was very helpful. Though the part was wrong and not as shown in the ad, the service to conclude this order was great!
