Could have been a much more pleasant shopping experience & this is why. Seller, you received $106.50 for two small Precious Moments figurines. You were so cheap you shipped them GROUND mail. Meaning no insurance coverage for breakable figurines &no loss coverage through mail system. As I told you w/a message when figurines were taking a while to arrive, and then saw U shipped parcel. Can't you at least give customers the heads up you're shipping CHEAP & notify if buyer wants other options w/mail
