The item arrived fast, it was very well packaged, and it was clean. Awesome job! It looks great and similar to the picture. My only issue was that I could not find the coating named "Cinnamon" on any of the Frankoma guides that I found. This only bothered me slightly since you cannot always tell the color from a picture as the lighting and camera can alter the look of it. Based on the pictures I was expecting a slightly more Red or Peach color, but its not a major issue for me. I love the mug.
