- Motivation
- The motivating factor for all of Norse Oz's policies comes from the simple idea of the global market place where any individual in the world can buy and sell from anyone else without having to be employed by a major retail chain store. We will use all means at our disposal to facilitate smooth transactions so people who wish to buy from us can get what they want, know what they are paying for, and feel confident that everything will be alright after they've made a purchase. Because we are a tiny company with limited resources, we have to have a few simple guidelines known by the unfortunate term, "policies."
- Payment
- We are open to accepting all forms of payment as long as we can be reasonably sure we've actually been paid. Naturally, all currencies accepted by PayPal, personal checks, money orders, and cash are fine with us. Please note that personal checks can take up to two weeks to clear the bank, which must happen before we are able to release your order. Also, if we do not see any signs of payment within 7 days, we have to file a non-paying bidder report to eBay so we can relist the item. If you are mailing the payment, please give us a heads up in an email.
- Shipping
- We are open to using any shipping method you want as long as we believe we can carry it through reliably. USPS, UPS, and FedEx are close by. If you need your item by a certain date, please confirm we will be able to comply before you bid. If you are in the area, and want to do a local pickup, that is fine and we prefer cash in that instance. Heavy items can be shipped via Freight. We seldom add a handling charge, and almost always lose money on shipping.
- Returns
- Ultimately, anything can be returned at any time. Since you will have our return address on the package, you may drive by and throw your purchase through one of our windows. That, however, is likely to void the chance of a full refund.
