Seller was quick and arrived as expected. My only gripe is that this model was listed as "open box", which generally means that the device is basically new but has been handled a little bit and then someone returned it or it was a floor model - and comes with the (previously opened) box. This device arrived without the manufacturer's box at all and was significantly wrapped in bubble wrap, the sides had a few inconsequential dings, but not quite as mint as I would have expected.

I ordered an openbox Note 10+ at a great price. I never did that before so didn't know there wouldn't be a box at all. Item was as described Delivery was very fast but packaging( wrap) wasn't sufficient, so unfortunately phone arrived damaged( cracked in back) but seller was prompt on my refund so I can't be mad. Just disappointed Would order from them again because of their speed, but would hope they package better though.

The description did not correspond to 10/10, I believe that the product met the requirements by 4-5/10. There were 6-7 scratches on the phone body. I informed the seller about the scratches, the seller responded very quickly and compensated 20 dollars, this compensation satisfied me, I am happy with it. I understand that there are various problems when selling, I give 5 stars for the attitude towards the client. I recommend the seller as he treats customers very well.
