Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all merchandise we sell.  We will gladly refund your money if you are not satisfied provided the merchandise & packaging is returned to us in good condition within 10 days from the date of purchase. We will refund the purchase price of your item (less our S&H fees).

1. Free shipping applies only to CONTINENTAL USA, if  you are outside the continental USA (lower 48 states), please contact us for shipping rates.

2. In stock item(s) will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Out of stock item(s) may be delayed up to 4 weeks.

3. International Delivery will ship via USPS International Priority Mail Insured unless otherwise specified in the item description. Residents outside of the USA may be required to pay duty / tax.

All Broken Merchandise must be returned to our Gallery, and we will make the decision to replace the item, or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

1. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item arrvied broken, or if the item is not as described in the auction description / photographs.
2. Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number  (RMA#) will be assigned at that time. Any Item returned without the RMA# will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
3. All returns must be clearly marked with the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and arrive at North By Nature Gallery within 30 days of end of auction.  No exceptions!
4. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

1. Orders will be cancelled only when the buyer agrees to file a mutual cancelation request with eBay.
2. Buyer must contact us to cancel an order within 72 hours of purchasing the item.   Any cancelation after 72 hours will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
3. Buyer agrees to pay any eBay fees as a result of the purchase which are not refunded to the seller by eBay.
