Can I cancel my order? ExpandCan I cancel my order? Collapse
  • eBay does not mark orders as shipped until the carrier has updated the tracking. If you request to cancel your order - it may have already been processed and packed for shipping. Due to NothingButSavings' quick order turnaround time - we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled before it ships out.

What if my package does not arrive? ExpandWhat if my package does not arrive? Collapse
  • Any instances of Non-Receipt, or lost packages or deliveries, must be reported within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers must allow for the carrier to investigate these shipments, and provide any follow up information or responses to NothingButSavings and the carrier that are required as part of these investigations. NothingButSavings cannot assist customers that are using Freight Forwarding companies to ship their merchandise a second time to another location.

    Please Note: NothingButSavings is obligated to ship to the address that you provide to eBay on your order. We are not authorized to change the shipping address information in any way. NothingButSavings is not responsible for orders that delivered successfully to an address(es) – that are no longer considered valid by you (we will only ship to the address given to us by eBay).

How can I Request a Return? ExpandHow can I Request a Return? Collapse
  • The customer is responsible for determining if the product(s) ordered suits their needs.

    Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date, have all original packaging, software, booklets etc. in resalable condition; free of any marks or damage. All packaging materials must be retained and returned with the item.

    Returns sent to NothingButSavings must be pre-approved and be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Customers are not permitted to ship items back to the original shipping address without a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for returning the item that was Authorized for return and originally purchased from NothingButSavings. Customers that return items other than what was authorized for return - or that have different serial numbers, not purchased from NothingButSavings, will not be refunded. Unauthorized returns will be considered abandoned and will not be credited. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to them.

    Rebated items cannot have been submitted for rebates - all forms and Proof of Purchase materials must be returned. The UPC bar code and/or rebate sticker must be intact on the box.

    Return requests for items reported as defective or "not as described" must be submitted within 14 days after the delivery date and part of the original return request. Return requests for items reported as damaged must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must allow for the carrier to claim the item from the delivery address if required by the carrier's own policies.

    NothingButSavings has a restocking fee of $5.00 or 20%* per item, whichever is greater, on all returned items. Orders can be cancelled until they are in process. After an order is in process it becomes a return and is handled as such. The restocking fee also applies to refused orders, orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or returned as undeliverable by the shipping company.

    * On some select items that have become damaged through use or misuse, are now missing parts, opened, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use but not due to a NothingButSavings error - NothingButSavings reserves the right to charge a Restocking Fee from 50% - 80% of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the item. This includes motherboards and other computer components that have had bent or damaged pins or contacts. The manufacturers of these items assure they are properly aligned prior to packaging the items, and the bending or damage to these components is due to installation error.

    Returned materials must be received within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA or the RMA is to be considered canceled and will not be reissued, extended, or renewed.

  • NothingButSavings does not provide prepaid mailing labels or reimbursement for shipping costs. The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipment arrives at the return location in the condition it was sent or described in the original return request. Returns lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Every return will be inspected to ensure it is the correct item being returned and for the condition of the item as claimed in the original return request. NothingButSavings does not cross ship merchandise, or refund items in transit for return. Substantiated claims of defect, damaged, or "not as described" are eligible to receive waiver of the restocking fee. In the event of an unsubstantiated claim, the return will be considered an unwanted item. NothingButSavings may conduct an independent investigation of the item, or may choose to consult with manufacturer representatives to determine if the claim of defect is substantiated.

Are all items returnable? ExpandAre all items returnable? Collapse
  • Not all items are returnable. These are items where the manufacturer's warranty is in effect. For example: software that has been registered or activated. Or, where opening the package results in damage to security seals or the packaging itself and electronic devices of any kind including, but not limited to:

    Computers, laptops, tablets, printers, phones and related equipment, monitors, projectors, screens, display devices, televisions, video players, memory, hard disc drives, solid state drives, storage devices, music players, cameras, copy machines, laminators, calculators, scanners, GPS units, bags, "skins", cables, Pelican cases, and any kind of POS Equipment including but not limited to scanners, card readers, cash registers, register displays, and cash drawers.

    In the case of these and other items the manufacturer's remedies will need to be pursued and the manufacturer's warranties supersede any other warranties. Many items, if opened, are either not returnable or may be returnable for a one-to-one replacement with the same product. The items may include software, consumables such as ink, paper, films, tape, batteries, labels, blank media, bulbs and similar items.

Due to the nature of our business, the price you pay today may be different at a later date or time. Additionally, NothingButSavings does not offer price matching to other sellers' or companies' pricing before or after a sales.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable. If a return is made of an item that shipped with free shipping, the normal shipping charges for the shipping method used will be deducted from any refund. Substantiated claims of defect, damaged, or "not as described" are eligible to receive waiver of this original shipping fee.

  • Customers are required to provide accurate shipping information for their order to delivery successfully. If an order shipped via One Day, Two Day, or Expedited Shipping Options, and is deemed by the shipping company to have been refused or undeliverable – NothingButSavings will have to pass on the shipping charge to the customer. The Return Shipping Charge would be based on shipping cost NothingButSavings had to pay to ship the package back to fulfillment center, and will be calculated as the amount charged to the customer for the One Day, Two Day, or Expedited Shipping Option or what was charged to NothingButSavings by the carrier for return shipment, whichever is greater.

    Note: If a non One Day, Two Day, or Expedited Shipping Option package is deemed by the shipping company to have been refused or undeliverable – NothingButSavings will have to pass a shipping charge for the return to the customer. The Return Shipping Charge would be based on shipping cost NothingButSavings had to pay to ship the package back to fulfillment center, and will be calculated as what was charged to NothingButSavings by the carrier for the return shipment.

  • NothingButSavings respects, that as our customer, you care about how your information is used and shared. We appreciate your trust and act carefully and sensibly with your information.

    NothingButSavings Privacy Policy:
    NothingButSavings values its Customer's privacy, and does not sell, trade, or rent customer information to others. The information gathered during the order process is for the purposes of processing orders and providing updates on the status of a customer's order. Personal information is only disclosed to third parties who charge your credit card, process your order, ship your order, offer customer service and provide you with a credit. Examples of Companies that may receive your information are: the cardholder's issuing bank for payment confirmation. We must also disclose a customer's address and telephone number to parcel delivery services in order to ship and deliver the items ordered.

    We may be required by judicial authorities or other law enforcement agencies to provide a customer's personal information. We will disclose personal information upon receipt of a subpoena, court order or in cooperation with a law enforcement investigation. Law enforcement agencies will have the full cooperation of our Company in identifying individuals or groups who use the services of our Company for illegal activities. How do I Track My Order? ExpandHow do I Track My Order? Collapse
  • To track your order:

    1.) Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.
    2.) Click the Purchase History link on the left side of the page.
    3.) Locate the item in the list. If the seller printed the shipping label using eBay or PayPal, or entered a tracking number for an item, you'll see the tracking number under the item title. Click the tracking number to see the package's shipping status.
