Q: What is your contact information?

Q: My order status hasn’t changed at all. Why?
Tracking information is updated on the item the same day it is shipped, this information should be updated by the shipping company as the package travels to its destination. If the tracking information remains unchanged for several days (excluding holidays), please feel free to contact us at 866-686-7424 or email us at email@example.com. We reply to email inquires only during our business hours 8AM-4:30PM EST, Monday through Friday, except holidays. We try to respond within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them.
Q: I did not receive my package as yet. Now what?
We process all orders within 24 business hours. Please allow another 24-48 business hours for the order to be shipped from our warehouse. Our business hours are 8AM-4:30PM EST, Monday through Friday, except holidays. We ship primarily with USPS and as per the eBay policy; we do not ship outside the US. Our shipping costs include packaging, insurance, postage and other associated costs. Please note that we update the tracking number of your shipment in eBay and you will be able to check the status of your order in your "My eBay" page.
Q: I received the wrong item. What should I do?
If you have received the wrong item, have your eBay item number ready and send us a message through eBay or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or contact our Customer Service department Toll-Free at 866-NUMRICH (866-686-7424) for further instructions. We will cover all shipping charges on wrong item shipments.
Q: I have questions or issues with the item I bought. What should I do?
We offer full refund for a 100% Customer Satisfaction. We would like to address any issues with the item you bought, before you leave a negative feedback. Contact us during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM EST, except holidays.
Q: Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, we can combine orders and offer "FREE" shipping on each additional item ordered. You will only be charged for the first or the item with the highest shipping and handling cost. Your shipping will be combined in eBay automatically if you refrain from completely checking out until you have committed to buy all of your desired items.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
For items sold on eBay you must have both US shipping and billing addresses. As per the eBay policy, we do not ship outside the US and we do not accept funds from overseas even if you have a US shipping address.
Q: Do you accept Debit or Credit Cards?
Although our preferred method of payment is PayPal, we accept all of the Major Credit / Debit Cards. If you wish to pay with your Card, simply follow the checkout process on eBay.
Q: Do you accept Money Order or Cashier's Checks?

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer 30 days money back guarantee. Returns should be initiated through eBay by clicking "Return this item" on the "More actions" tab next to the item in your My eBay list. Please include the packaging slip and provide any relevant information to help expedite the process. Our guarantee is void if gunsmithing has been started or if the merchandise has been altered, abused, or damaged in any way. A 15% restocking fee may be charged for returns after 30 days.
Q: I can’t find the part that I am looking for. Can you help me?

Q: Are the listed photos the "actual" ones, or stock pictures of the item?
The photos of our eBay Auctions items are the actual photos of the items. The photos of our eBay Store items have a watermark and are stock photos, which best represent the items you should receive.
Q: Will this part fit my firearm?
If your firearm model is neither listed nor described in the listing, the part will not fit. We have more than 750,000 parts. If you have trouble finding the part you need, feel free to contact us.
