My purchase did arrive as described, apart from the outer cardboard box being open when I took it out of the postal envelope. The inner cello wrapping of the tea bags was sealed, so at least I knew that no one had tampered with the tea bags. Maybe the outer brand box came open in transit, or the package was searched for some reason. Postal transit was longer than expected - nearly two weeks, but communication about transit progress via Ebay was good.
