health reasons only unopened / unused merchandise can be returned and
refunded. Please make arrangements for returns by emailing and
requesting a return / exchange form (customersupport@bizarrejewels.com).
Refunds
(for items "not liked") will be made deducting a 25% restocking fee. Our standard shipping is usually free, but if you have paid for faster shipping service that was not covered under the free shipping, we will NOT refund it. You have 30 days to return any item unless noted differently in the listing. However,
in case you receive a damaged item, you must notify us of it within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS! then you will still have 30 days to conveniently return the item. Damages can only be exchanged, no refunds! and will be exchanged at no additional cost to you.
PLEASE NOTE: *Returning items cannot show any signs of use or wear. *For clothing, it is o.k. to try on the item. If returning it however, please repack exactly as you received it. *If by mistake you received an incorrect item, in most cases you will be able to determine this without removing the clear packaging from the item. We
will exchange this item if you leave it in its sealed packaging. If it
is removed from the plastic it can no longer be exchanged. Damaged items
can be only exchanged, no refunds, and must be in unopened packaging. *For Wigs or Hair Items, returns on unused / unopened items only. you will receive this in clear plastic packaging with an insert thru which you can check the color, quality etc. of the hair. If you are unsure that this is what you want, do not open and return it. Should there be any issues with the item that cannot be verified this way, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item. Once an item has been used and or altered, it can no longer be returned.
You will have to complete a mutual agreement which we will send thru ebay, when returning an item for a refund. This is simply because we are being charged a final value fee (sales fee) for each item sold. In order to get this money credited back from ebay, both parties (seller and buyer) will have to complete this agreement. For items returned later than 45 days after purchase, we will deduct our final value fee from the refund amount.
ITEM RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS OR REFUSED ITEMS WILL BE TREATED AS RETURNS UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY TO RESHIP.
