Ebay feedback is very important to sellers, and I am proud of my good scores and work very hard to keep my customers happy. If you are unhappy in some way please contact me for a resolution before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Thank you.
My items are all high quality and reasonably priced, so I do not accept returns. I believe the experience is more about getting a great item to a valued customer, so I provide free shipping on many items and I generally take a loss on shipping costs. If I can upgrade the shipping to something better and faster without greatly increasing my cost, I do that every time. The customer experience is truly valuable to me and I take it seriously.
I do believe that most people are honest so if you are dissatisfied with an item, I do provide partial refunds. I will not refund more than 25% of the purchase price, The caveat is that if I agree to a refund, I expect positive feedback to be left. Neutral or negative feedback = no refund. Abuse of this policy will result in a buyer being blocked from my site, which is only reasonable.
Items on sale for a discount off purchase price are not eligible for the refund policy.
