I did not receive this crossbody handbag in the "New" condition as shown in the listing pictures. The bag I received did not have the handles/charm wrapped in foam and the price tag was not original to the bag, the one which was inside the bag was not in "new" condition, it had another price tag stuck over the Kate Spade boutique tag. It's disappointing when sellers do not provide accurate pictures of the appearance of their goods. Bait and switch tactics. Can't give this as a gift.
