Payments must be received within 2 weeks(14 days) from date of sale or auction. Otherwise items may be relisted. All items purchased through eBay if payment is not received within 2 weeks from the end of auction a non payment notice will be filed with eBay & appropriate feedback left. Unless otherwise stated all items are in good condition consistent with age and normal use. There are no chips, cracks or repairs unless otherwise stated. Any excessive wear will also be in the description. In our description we follow commonly accepted auction terminology. If we call an item 19th century, we believe it is over 100 years old. If we call an item old or vintage it is our belief that the item is less then 100 years old. The word "style" means an item is made in the manner of and is probably not of the period associated with this style. If no age is specified, it is up to the buyer to determine age.

Limitation of Liability. We at Ovtavia's Antiques are not liable for any claims in excess of the auction sale value of the item purchased . Including any liability for products not being avilable for use. We will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Our sole liability for any claims, whether based in contract or tort, at law or in equity, for any loss or damages arising, resulting from, or connected with the products, and this agreement shall Be limited to the lesser of the actual amount of such loss or damages or the purchase price paid by customer for the products that are the subject of the claim.
