Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty that varies by product.
What does "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" mean?
These items were originally purchased and returned by customers to a Best Buy store. They are thoroughly tested and inspected on a number of inspection points to make sure they work correctly. Geek Squad Certified Refurbished products come with a 90-day Limited Warranty.
What does "refurbished" mean?
Refurbished products were originally purchased and returned by customers. The returned products are sent back to the original manufacturer, a third-party refurbishment company, or Best Buy's own in-house repair centers where they can usually be restored to like-new condition.
Can I earn My Best Buy points and redeem My Best Buy certificates here?
Best Buy on eBay is not affiliated with My Best Buy, so My Best Buy points cannot be redeemed or earned here.
What is the price matching policy for Best Buy on eBay?
The Best Buy Store on eBay does not match prices listed in Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile retailers, or the prices of our competitors. Similarly, Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile retailers do not match prices listed on the Best Buy Store on eBay. We also do not match the current price of an item after your purchase if the price changes during the return and exchange period

Delivery Options

Can I pick up my order at a Best Buy store?

I haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet. When should I expect it?
You should receive a shipping confirmation e-mail within 72 hours of ordering. If it has been more than 72 hours since you placed your order, call us at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).
How do I track the status of my order?
When your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number and link so that you can track your shipment.
If I select Store Pickup for my order, how will I know when my items are ready?
In addition to an order confirmation email, we will notify you when your order is ready for Store Pickup.
What should I bring to the store when picking up my order?
You will need the following to pick up your store pickup items in store: Your state-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license). Your order number (for faster pickup) For orders that include a mobile package, such as a device with a plan, the person named on the contract must also be present for store pickup.
Can I have a friend or family member pick up my order instead?
Only the eBay account holder who placed the order can pick it up.
Can I change my shipping or Store Pickup options?
To change your shipping or pickup options after you've placed an order, please contact us at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289). To switch from shipping to Store Pickup, call within one hour of placing your order. To switch from Store Pickup to shipping, call any time. To cancel your Store Pickup, please call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289). Please have your credit card information and order number handy.
How long will my Store Pickup order be held at the store?
Your item(s) will be held at the designated pickup store for 8 days. For your security, if you do not pick up your order within 8 days, we'll cancel the order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Returns

How Do I Return An Item?
The original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges. Items purchased from Best Buy on eBay are eligible for returns or exchanges by bringing the product into a Best Buy store located within the United States or by mail.
What is Best Buy's return period?
You can return or exchange almost everything within 15 days of date of delivery for a full refund. Simply bring your item(s) to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase and ID, and we will process your return or exchange.
Do Mobile Phones have a different return window?
Yes.You can return or exchange mobile phones and other carrier connectable devices within 14 days for a full refund.This return period also applies if you are a My Best Buy Elite or Elite Plus member.
Are their limits of Software, Movies, Music & Games?
Yes. Opened computer software, movies, music or video games can only be exchanged for an identical item.
Are there any items that are not returnable?
Yes. All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned.Other nonreturnable purchases include digital content, prepaid cards, memberships, completed services, consumable items including ink and batteries, and items returned that are damaged or missing major contents.
What if I'm returning an item that included a free gift or my item was part of a bundle or package?
If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount and you do not return everything – not to worry. We will reimburse you for what you do return, minus the value of the discount or freebie.
How can I return my mobile phone with a plan?
If you decide to return a phone or device with a plan, you are responsible for canceling your service contract with the carrier, and for all carrier charges. There are two ways to return your phone or device and cancel your service: Return your device to a Best Buy store. Be sure to tell the store associate that you want to cancel your service. Carrier service cancellation policies may vary. Call Best Buy Mobile at 1-877-702-2211 (6 a.m. to midnight, CT) for instructions on how to return the device by mail. Let the phone associate know that you want to cancel your service.
