Do
you combine shipping?
If the item has stated
shipping, each additional item usually ships 50% or more off.
Please select the "Shipping & Payments" tab in the
listing you are
referring to, it will tell you the shipping fees and associated
discount for multiple items.
How fast do you ship?
We ship fast! We
promise to ship no later than two business days after payment, but
almost always we ship next business day. If you have bought
and paid for an item in the morning, theres a good chance it will go
that day. We haven't heard of anybody shipping faster than
the same day :-)
I
love one of your items, but I need more than what you have listed; do
you have or can you get more?
Generally, we list
everything we have, and so what is listed
represents all of my inventory for that particular item. For
rods, if
I have several different sizes, I may be able to switch finials etc to
make up the quantity you need. In this instance, shorter rod
created
from a large one will be priced as the large one
I
love your stuff, but you don't have exactly the color/style that I
need i.e. you have an Oat Velvet sofa slipcover, I need a Navy Blue

Slipcovers

I get regular shipments of all types of slipcovers (no control over
what I get within styles etc) and list them immediately. The
best
option is to check back every 6-8 weeks. There is a good
chance I
might get what you need, but I have no way of knowing (and therefore
responding to email requests about what I am getting) until I get it...
Rods,
Shades, Non-slipcovers
- I buy all of my inventory in bulk, and am not able to request onesie
twosies of a particular item., therefore, if it is not something I have
listed, chances are I don't have it and I definitely do am not able to
order the single item, sorry...
