About us
50 years a collector of Underground and Alternative comics and books, and dealer at comic marts and by mail order for 40 of them, including ebay (as oldgit 1940) for the last 17. I sell worldwide, and the cross-borders service offered by Royal Mail and their international delivery agents is almost entirely trouble-free.
I am in the happy position now of being able to read and enjoy comix as they pass over my ebay dealer's desk, and maintaining my files of bibliographical descriptions across the range of alternative and underground work. I sold the great bulk of my collections in 1991 (to The British Museum Library), and although it was traumatic at the time, I enjoy the freedom it now gives me just to enjoy, and then pass the book on to a good home.
And also contact with hundreds of kindred spirits who share my obsession!
