  • All sales are final and shipping & handling is non-refundable for any circumstances.

  • Winners are expected to make payment within 7 business days of the auction closing. Failure to do that will result in filing a Non-Paying Bidder Alert on eBay.

  • Combined Shipping for multiple items: Combined Shipping applies only for shipping within the USA 48 continental States and Canada when more than 1 item is won or bought and we are able to ship them in one package. You will pay the 100% of the first shipping (always the most expensive) and 50% off for any additional item. If we ship more than three auctions in one package, the shipping for the fourth item and up will be free. Shipping to PR, HI, AK, APO & AFO require additional charges, please contact us to quote accordingly. International Shipments: All items can be shipped internationally. Please, email us to inquire about international shipping rates. No pick-ups available!

  • International Shipping & Customs Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any customs fees or delays on deliveries by courriers. We have no liability for any package if it is lost or delivered to a wrong address. In the case you receive the damaged product because carrier negligence, you must send a picture of the damaged item via e-mail and we will open a claim with the carrier. This claim could take up to 3 weeks to be resolved. Replacement will be shipped after the return product is received from bidder or after the insurance claim is confirmed and finished.

  • Free Shipping Offer:  “Free Shipping” is an offer ONLY for purchases in THE 48 USA CONTINENTAL STATES. If for any reason you buy a “free shipping” item and want it to be shipped out of the 48 continental States, contact us for shipping quote. “Free shipping” item will not be shipped out of the USA 48 continental States without the corresponding shipping payment. Any change to the shipping conditions sated in the ad, will have an extra payment calculated depending on your requirement. When “Free Shipping” item is returned the shipping cost will be deducted plus 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

  • Return Exchange Policy: Customer is responsible for any shipping cost to return the item or exchange. If the item originally shipped is incorrect, it is bidder's responsibility to check the item immediately and report the problem to us and we will provide a Return Shipping Label. If the correct part is not in stock we will refund the total payment amount, if all parts are returned in the original condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 business days of the delivered package date. All returns must be in its original packing and must not be installed or used. A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Warranty: All these parts must be installed by a professional mechanic and to replace ONLY OEM parts. This warranty does not apply to products damaged due to negligence, misuse, improper installation, or abuse by the customer; water, fire, or other physical or liquid agents; acts of God; repair, modification, or any problems created by improper shipping or handling. This warranty shall also be invalid if any product's part has been removed, defaced or altered in any way. OUR OBLIGATION IS TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY STATED HEREIN. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR DAMAGES DUE TO NEGLIGENCE. Standard warranty terms for domestic or international shipments are 18 months after item arrives to destination Return-To-Depot service with the customer responsible for freight-in and freight-out. To obtain warranty service, the customer must first request an W-RMA number from us, products returned to us without an W-RMA number will not accepted.

    To help our customers we have (2) types of warranty services Advanced Replacement Warranty or Regular warranty.

    Advanced Replacement Warranty: Before you send the part for replacement, we can send you an e-invoice for the value of the part and the shipping cost for shipping back. We will send the part and when the warranty part arrives to our location, if comply with the warranty policies, we will refund back the money, minus the shipping cost.

    Regular warranty: You send the part for replacement including a money order for shipping cost for shipping back. When the warranty part arrives to our location, if comply with the warranty policies, we will send the part.

    To request an W-RMA: Send your purchase/payment information via ebay communication system (including invoice, Transaction ID or receipt ID) and brief description for the warranty request.

Normally the W-RMA will be created between 24-48 hours, follow the instructions after you receive the W-RMA #. After RMA arrives, process can take up to one week to inspect the parts. If your warranty is approved, parts will be sent, if not we will contact you.

  • General Disclaimer: If any part is worn-out or fails for any reason, we have no liability for any expenses incurred because of it. No expenses for towing charges, legal fees and cost, rental cars, labor cost, among others expenses that could be consequence of a worn-out or failed part will be considered our responsibility.
