Seller has good communication and send the shipping very rapid, but the shipping has problem at delivery because the USPS, by wrong situation send the package to another town in two time send for two days not delivery the shipping, but today was recived the after a claim to USPS in USA Central Office. Sent me the wrong colored gasket of course with no box but it was supposed to be a dark gray seal like the refrigerator had on it got a light gray seal I've been fixing appliances for 20 years especially mostly LG's and Samsung's basically sellers answer for that was that I didn't know what I was talking about so I won't be buying from them again always recommend you double check your part numbers I uploaded a pic of what color should have been and was told I'm wrong great customer service

This was the right color. Not only he is wrong, but the listing clearly showed the light gray color, why did he buy it in the first place? Here's why I think he had a plan: From his direct messages: "is supposed to be a dark gray seal not a light and Gray seal I put it on today hopefully the customer doesn't have a problem with it or else I'll have to come up with some sort of idea with you". I gave him a concise and definitive answer, which left him with no room for asking for a partial refund.
