How long have you been in business?
Founded by Sam Huppin, a Russian immigrant, Huppin’s has been a Spokane fixture since it first opened as a tailor shop in 1908. When Sam died in 1922, his teenage son Abe took over the store.
Abe and brother Sam I. (later to be known as Big Sam) transitioned Huppin’s into a pawnbroker, while also selling military uniform insignia during WWII. Through this time, Huppin’s continued to sell stylish men’s clothing, and then later in the 1940s, added luggage.
In 1953, a third-generation Huppin joined the store. Sam M. (known as Little Sam) entered the family business as they began selling cameras. Shortly thereafter, Huppin’s added radios and stereo equipment to their product mix. Throughout the 1970s, Huppin’s got out of the clothing business and pawnbroking altogether to focus on photo and hi-fi gear.
Murray Huppin, current President and great-grandson of founder Sam, came back to the family business in 1984. By that time, Murray had finished college and gained valuable experience working for Proctor & Gamble in Los Angeles.
Huppin’s decided to “expand” in the mid-1990s. But instead of opening more stores, in 1994, they launched a mail-order catalog and telephone sales call center named OneCall. One year later, they launched www.onecall.com and began selling online.
2002 saw company growth forcing a move into new corporate offices with a greatly expanded warehouse facility. And in 2008, OneCall placed in the Top 20 Consumer Electronics retailer web sites as ranked by Internet Retailer.
Huppin's is currently in the capable hands of 4th generation owners. President Murray Huppin and his cousin, Vice President Joel Huppin, took over the reins in the late 1990s and continue guiding the company today.

OneCall does not accept international purchases.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
No, we do not ship outside the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Do you charge sales tax?
OneCall is not required to apply a sales tax to purchases to be shipped outside of the states of Idaho, Washington.
The current sales tax rate is 6.0% for Idaho, 8.9% for Washington.
Are the products all brand new?
All products are brand new, factory sealed by the manufacturer, unless staed otherwise. We do offer open box and factory refurbished products. They are clearly identitifed as such in the listing.
Will I get a shipping confirmation with tracking info?

Can you ship to an address different than my billing address?
Please contact your credit card customer service and request your shipping address be added to the comments or notes page of your credit card account. Be sure to read it to them exactly as you provided it to us when you placed your order. (Shipping to confirmed paypal addresses only)
This verification process ensures that you, and only you, are the one to receive your shipment.
How do you ship large TV’s?
The following information will ensure hassle-free delivery of your new TV. Please read.
Tracking information When your TV leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number and the shipper’s website. We advise tracking your shipment a day or two after receiving the order tracking email.
Type of shipment Your TV is being delivered via motor freight curbside delivery, meaning the TV will be lowered to the curb via lift gate. You are responsible for taking the TV from the curb into your home. We advise having additional help in moving the TV. Based on liability guidelines, the delivery driver cannot move the unit any further than the curb.
Schedule delivery We recommend being proactive and calling the shipping company to arrange delivery once your tracked shipment gets close to your location. The shipping company will provide a four-hour delivery window. Call on the scheduled delivery day to confirm your appointment.
Note: 1. There may be local restrictions on the time of day the delivery may take place. 2. Delivery times can be affected by inclement weather at no fault of OneCall or the shipping company.
Signing for your TV – 1,2,3 1. Check the box Once the TV is lowered to the curb, inspect the outside of the packaging. Make note any imperfection, no matter how minor (scuffs, indentations, tearing) in writing on the Bill of Lading. Also write, 'possible concealed damage.' Please keep in mind that the intent of the box is to protect the unit. So, while the box may have minor imperfections, the internal contents are probably fine.
2. Check the Shock Watch™ Some of our motor freight shipments are equipped with an item called Shock Watch. This device indicates the possibility of damaging impact. The package will have two stickers, each with a small, liquid-filled tube, on the front and back. Check both tubes to determine if the Shock Watch has been activated. If RED, write “shock watch activated” on the Bill of Lading; if clear, write “shock watch clear.”
Please keep in mind the Shock Watch is extremely sensitive. Do not be immediately concerned if it is activated, as activation is not a guarantee of damage. It is simply an extra measure for us to provide you with an excellent shopping experience.
3. Uncrate within 72 hours Uncrate your TV and inspect it for any hidden shipping damage. In most cases of hidden shipping damage, as long as you have signed for the TV correctly and contacted us within 72 hours, we will send a replacement and pick up the damaged TV during delivery. Anything escalated after the 72 hours will not be covered by the shipping company.
Return Policy (within 30 days of delivery)
1. If your TV was damaged in shipping, we’ll have our carrier contact you to schedule a return. If the set is obviously damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and call us at 1.800.663.5255 right away.
2. If your TV does not seem to function properly, we’ll help troubleshoot and determine how to solve the problem; if we can’t fix it, we’ll arrange for service to assess the television. If the service doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll have our carrier contact you to schedule an exchange or return.

If you just don’t like it, we will accept your return; we just ask that you pay for return shipping and any associated reprocessing fees. You’ll also need to pack the set in its original box with all original packing material, accessories, and outer box. We’ll have our carrier contact you to schedule a return.
** We recommend that you keep all the packing material for a minimum of 30 days.
