We are a 2 person team (husband & wife) that processes thousands of stamps a month.
We make every effort to correctly describe and catalog the stamps we list, but we do make mistakes and we may incorrectly catalog something or miss a fault.
This is not done intentionally and if we have made a error please let us know and we will make it right.
If we are unsure about a stamps authenticity, it will be listed as reference material.
We are not expertisers, so we are always open to our customers contacting us about an item that is listed that they think is incorrectly listed or may be a fake.
We post those comments to the auction so that all bidders can read what others may think.
We really appreciate all of our customers and strive to provide the best customer service possible.
If you purchase an item and want to get it expertised, please let us know. If it comes back not authentic, we will accept the return and refund your purchase price plus shipping.
