We do combine items into 1 invoice. If you are bidding over multiple days, please request a combined invoice before making payment.

Combining items over several days will save you on shipping charges.

US shipments

US Shipping $1.50 

 New Rate effective April 15  (see new shipping policy page)

Please Note that these rates include a tracking number and insurance for your shipment.

US Shipping for page lots / Flat Items $2.00 (no change in rate 4/15)

(sheets shipped in flat envelope with stiffener)

Free Shipping on combined orders over $30 Please wait for or request invoice to receive discount. Discount has to be entered manually.

International Shipments

Standard International Shipping (USPS First class)

$2.50 (new rate effective 4/15)   Please Note that these rates include insurance for your shipment.

Flat Items $4.00 first item, 0.50 each additional flat item.

(sheets shipped in large flat envelope with stiffener)

Please Note: Page / Flat item shipments: First page / sheet is $4, additional pages / sheets will carry a per page surcharge of 0.50 per page.

(this is due to the recent rate increases by the USPS. The largest increases are to International flat rate and parcel rate)

Registered Mail maybe required on invoices over $150 and is an additional $13.00.

EXCLUDED COUNTRIES:

Some countries are not coverable by our insurance. Therefore, we have special Shipping fees for these Excluded countries.

In order to purchase insurance from the USPS, they have to be sent by priority mail / express mail.

For those countries shipping as follows:

PACKAGES LESS THAN $100 WILL REQUIRE REGISTERED MAIL AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $12.50.

PACKAGES OVER $100 WILL REQUIRE INSURED PRIORITY / EXPRESS MAIL . THIS WILL HAVE A CUSTOMS FORM ON IT WITH INVOICE AMOUNT CLAIMED.

THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE IS $35 FOR EXPRESS INSURED MAIL.

Excluded country list:

The following countries are NOT covered by our insurance! And will be charged as stated above.

Shipments sent to

Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia,

Mexico -Truck/rail shipments to and within other than as a connecting conveyance, Nigeria, North

Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela.

Any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries.

For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.
