The reason I’m rating this transaction as neutral is MY fault. On my phone, I could not accurately see the jacket’s condition. When I received it, a lot of the waterproof coating around the neck region was flaking off. Again, I take responsibility for not noticing this on the photo. I know I have the option to send the jacket back. But I’ve decided to duct tape it and hope for the best.
