Our return policy is limited and products may only be returned under certain conditions that conform to Orion's Return Material Authorization Procedure (ORMA). Our return policy is very limited and subject to the return policy of our manufacturers and vendors. Subsequently, Orion reserves the right to modify its policy as circumstances dictate. RETURN POLICY:
Products may be returned to Orion under the following conditions. However, all returns are subject to certain conditions and must conform to Orion's Return Material Authorization Procedure. (ORMA) All return material authorization requests must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice reflecting the serial number of the product.

All non-defective product returns for service or exchange are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee, and must be completed within 10 days of the date of invoice, and it is solely at Orion's discretion to accept. Refunds issued will be less shipping charges; shipping and handling are not refundable.

ORION'S CONDITION I:
PRODUCTS DOA OR OTHERWISE DEFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT

Defective products may be returned for either repair or exchange. Orion's Customer Service Department will assist and support the customer with all Pre-Approved & Authorized repairs or exchanges. On defective, broken or DOA items, if the product is evaluated as working after inspection when returned, no refund will be issued. All products returned or exchanged under this condition must be addressed within seven (7) days from the invoice date. DOA is defined as "out of box without power."

ORION'S CONDITION II:
PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. The risk of loss or damage to the merchandise shall pass to customer as soon as such merchandise is picked up by a carrier for delivery to the customer. Customer is therefore responsible for inspecting all packages for damage before signing delivery receipt. All claims for damages or loss, whether apparent or concealed, shall be filed by customer with the carrier. If the box is opened, you may not be eligible for repair, replacement or refund. Damaged products may be returned for either repair or exchange, and it is solely at Orion's discretion to accept. The repair or exchange of the products is dependent on the condition of the unit.

However all return and subsequent claims are subject to appropriate insurance coverage. Please note that claims for loss or damaged shipments must be made within five (5) days from either the receipt of shipment for damaged goods, or five days from invoice date for lost shipments.

ORION'S CONDITION III:
PRODUCT RETURNED FOR WARRANTY REPAIR

Defective "in-warranty" product can be exchanged or repaired at Orion's, at its sole discretion, within 30 days of sale. No returns are accepted if more than 30 calendar days have elapsed from listing end. No warranty, returns or refunds on consumables (including, but not limited to toners, batteries, inks). Items repaired or altered by a 3rd party renders warranty null & void.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
  • Orion will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. Any items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If customer rejects the return shipment, Orion reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
  • Because of the nature of the products being sold, we are unable to guarantee the life of any batteries that may be included with the products. Orion is unable to issue a ORMA due to battery life or failure.
  • No returns are accepted if more than 30 calendar days have elapsed from time of purchase unless stated otherwise.
  • Used and refurbished items may have inventory decals, minor blemishes, and normal signs of use which do not constitute reasons for refunds or exchanges.
  • Please read item specific warranties for "NO Warranty" or "As Is" items which means there is no warranty for that specific item. No returns on "uninspected" items or "As Is" Items.
  • If product is determined to be tampered with or misused, no refund will be issued. We are extremely cognizant of our stock and well aware of occurrences when we do not receive the same items we have shipped.
  • When returning an ORMA item, it MUST be in the original box or identically PACKED TIGHT (to avoid damage which you will be liable for if the returned item is damaged). WE ASK FOR THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED BACK TO US IN THE SAME CAREFUL CONDITION THAT IT WAS SHIPPED TO YOU.
  • DAMAGE CLAIMS: Damage to merchandise during shipping must be reported to Fedex, UPS (or other shipper), and Orion Contracting IMMEDIATELY upon discovery. All original packaging materials must be saved and submitted at time of carrier pick up or inspection. All of our items are shipped with full item value insurance through the carrier. Above procedures must be followed in order for the shipper to pay claims. Refunds from the shipping carrier for damaged items will cover item value and transportation costs.
