Expiration Date -  Our supplier has been supplying wonderful herbs to the herbal marketplace for over 20 years. Herb shipments are received on a monthly basis. Herbs are always fresh and potent!! There is no specific expiration date-herbs will stay fresh for 18-24 months if stored in a cool, dry, darkened area (away from sunlight). A good rule of thumb-if it smells good, it is good to use. Once it loses its aroma, it needs to be replaced.

Fair Shipping Costs - We only charge the actual cost that our supplier charges us to ship within the U.S. and international shipping. We do not increase shipping costs to make a profit, as many sellers do!

Fresh Herbs - Our herbs and spices are packaged fresh for your order, not before! Our herbs and spices are NOT pre-packaged and set to wait on a shelf for a buyer! Our supplier does not sell retail, and they do NOT pre-package their herbs and spices for a retail store shelf. Other retail sellers use their store shelf stock for your order-stock which may have been sitting there for days, weeks or possibly longer. Your order is important to us and we guarantee all herbs and spices will be packaged fresh when we receive your order!

Guarantee & Refund - We stand behind our herbs and products 100%!! Complete satisfaction is our goal! Defective items will be refunded or replaced-your choice. Shipping and handling is not included in the refund unless defective. We must receive notification of a refund within 14 days of receipt of order. Authorization and instructions to return will be given at that time.

Pre-filled capsules and tablets that you purchase from other sites may contain Maltodextrin!  Packaging: 2 mil food grade poly bags closed with twist ties.  Our herbs are NOT air tight sealed or vacuum sealed. Air tight sealed or vacuum sealed bags seal natural herb moisture inside encouraging herbs to mold quickly when shipped. We do NOT air tight seal or vacuum seal our herbs because of this! We NEVER package in Ziploc or foil sealed bags-herbs will mold quickly during the shipping process if sealed-herbs need to "breathe" while being shipped in postal trucks! Foil bags should be avoided-foil is known to give off a "foil flavor" to herbs! Our herbs are packaged to "breathe" during shipping which assures you a fresh, potent herb upon delivery! Herbs are protected in their packaging box from all elements. Instructions and recommended dosage is not provided on packaging from our supplier due to liability regulations. We provide a FREE Herbal Guide for your use when you purchase.

Payment - Paypal (which includes credit cards and eChecks). We will notify you and confirm your pending eCheck. We will also notify you when your pending eCheck clears thru Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, contact us for further options. Payment to be made within 14 days of end of auction.

Shipping International - At this time, we are unable to ship our herbs to Australia, Russian Federation and Mexico-we apologize for the inconvenience! If an international destination is not available for postage on USPS.com, your order will be refunded. Our herb supplier only ships USPS International Priority. Shipping time is determined by USPS. International orders are delivered in an estimated 12-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Insurance and tracking are not available. Our supplier does not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations, along with eBay, prohibit such behavior. Shipping U.S. - Orders ship within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship all orders UPS Ground with tracking-approx. 2-8 business day delivery. International orders, P.O. Box, Alaska, Hawaii and outlying territories will ship USPS. USPS First Class/Parcel Post-approx. 3-7 business day delivery. USPS Priority-approx. 2-5 business day delivery. USPS orders do not have tracking. No weekend or holiday order processing or shipping!!

Sold Out Herbs -  Due to the popularity of an herb, an herb may be temporarily sold out. We will immediately refund your order and provide a restock date (if available). We apologize for the inconvenience.

Tracking Your Order -  Orders ship within 24-hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received after 5:00 P.M. EST are processed the following business day. No weekend OR holiday processing or shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation on all orders as soon as your order ships. Tracking numbers: Your UPS tracking number will appear on your "Order Details" page in eBay. USPS orders do not have tracking numbers.

Our "Certified Organic" are guaranted NOT SPRAYED!! Certification includes inspections of farm fields and processing facilities, detailed record keeping, and periodic testing of soil and water to ensure that growers and handlers are meeting the standards which have been set.  "Certified Organic" products cost considerably more in order to pay for these processes. Our "Certified Organic" herbs are indicated on the packaging as Certified by the Iowa Dept. of Agriculture and Land Stewardship.
