Had to pick up from FedEx 60 miles away as the shipping address was incorrect, got it home and found it was poorly packaged with only two layers of bubble wrap and a thin layer of peanuts on the bottom. Case was damaged and the tray busted off, wouldn't print so I don't know if it was refurbished. Not saying this is a bad seller only that things could have been done better. They did promptly communicate with me and this is why I leave neutral feedback over negative.
