UPS Delivery Restrictions: Please remember that UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and similar addresses.
If you select UPS for a non-deliveryable address, your item may be delayed or you may be charged more to switch to a different service.

Do You Ship To a P.O. Box?
Yes, we do. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. If you provide a P.O. Box we will ship via USPS.
Do You Ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we do. We use USPS to ship to APO and FPO addresses. APO and FPO addresses are charged the same shipping rate as the lower 48 states.

When will I receive my tracking #?
A tracking # will be emailed to you as soon as we ship out your order.
If you believe your order is lost or stolen, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to rectify the issue right away.
Do You Offer Combined Shipping?
We offer combined shipping for all of our customers.
Please make sure you purchase all of your items in one shot and the combined shipping discount will be automatically applied to your order.
If I have already placed my order can I cancel it or change it?
Please contact us after you have placed your order and we will do eveything within our power to accommodate your needs.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is processed, but we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your order.
Do you sell wholesale to customers?
We certainly do.
Just email us the items you are interested in and the quantity you are interested in and we can send you a custom invoice.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
A tracking # will be emailed to you as soon as we ship out your order.
If you order is lost or stolen feel free to contact us and we will rectify the situation right away.
If we promise you an item you can rest assured that you will receive your item.
If there was an error on our side then we will re-ship your order at no additional cost.
However, if an order is returned to us because no one is home at the time of delivery or if you provided us with a non deliverable address
we will not cover the shipping cost to have the item re-shipped to you.
Please refer to the tracking information that we provide. If the order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment then you should contact
us so we can take care of the situation. All we ask is that you check with your local post office to see if the package is there waiting for
you to pick it up.
