Great seller, products and pricing!!! Free shipping was a big plus!!! Delivery arrived promptly but USPS box had a small tear from minor impact. One plastic container appears to have been contacted but not damaged or leaking. I would suggest adding more protection for ongoing customer deliveries. I will definitely consider them for future purchases and have added this seller to my saved list!!!

Only good thing about them is they sent my 2 dolls with Priority Mail 2-day. The seller or Overstock Wholesale Outlet send me my package on the day of the 1st estimated delivery date about a hour after I left them a note under the item picture from the purchase history. I got my package the box was dent front where it said Priority Mail with stars and back corners. Side of the box only had one very visible long line dent. My 1st edition Private collection Bratz Boyz came box opened/plastic dent.

It sounds like your issue is with the USPS damaging your package so I have no idea why you would leave negative feedback for a seller. Learning how to properly use feedback is highly recommended.
