I DID make an offer as I was allowed and NEVER got a response, except when I looked the offer had expired and the owner was SUPPOSED to responde to my offer. Not Happy with this vendor and his support. Should respond to questions or offers and not ignore them

WE don't seem to be able to do a refund as you have the dispute with your credit card company. Based on what eBay has indicated, our hands are tied until your company completes their processing. We can't close the account until you copletes thier processing.
I have looked through my brother's inventory for the past month and have not found the item in question.

(who owned this account) passed on mid August. We had the account on Vacation mode. You must have made this attempt when that vacation hold expired. I have not seen any posted deposits in the $81 +?
+ amount. HAve and can you confirm that your purchase went through and that you can show the balance as not being refunded. We are closing this account down have an option this purchase.
