Please note that sale items are non-returnable (unless faulty).  Please contact the store if you are unsure of your foot size if you are purchasing skates. I am happy to determine your size and offer alternatives if need be! If Oz-e-skates recommends something that is more suitable and the original item is still ordered and does not fit, you will be liable for postage when returning the items, so, please email me first if unsure! Of course, I email to advise if a particular model has a fit that is smaller or bigger than normal too if it is not in the description.

Also, this store carries mostly older models and broken sizes on behalf of our retail store.  If a size is not listed, it simply is not available anymore, but please, make enquiries about what could be available! I am willing to offer alternatives that may in the long run, be a better choice!

Please note: my 'weekend' is Monday and Tuesday.  I reply to emails quite quickly but if you dont have a reply on a Monday or Tuesday, it's because I am not available.

Also, I prefer not to have automated emails.  The majority of emails you will receive are perosnally written by myself, but that can take a bit oif time too.  We have developed a culture of instant everything, but that is not good for strong customer service in my books!
